1) How Long will it take to deliver the Goods ordered ?

We take 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of Order, receipt of Payment and then shipping out. It shall take 3-4 days TRANSIT TIME by the India Post / Courier Company with in India, sometimes the destination address is in far remote areas & sometimes the delivery gets delayed due to bad weather. So normally you shall take into account 8 working days for the goods to reach you.

During Festival times, it might take longer than the usual time of 8 days, say 12- 14 Days.


2) How do I place my Order ?

On our Online Store Ordering has been kept as easy / simple as possible for the convenience of our clients.

First step towards ordering is to simply go to the portal and log into your account. Browse through the store, make a selection, and keep adding items you want to purchase in your wish list / Shopping Cart. At any moment while shopping, you can click on the button Shopping Cart to see the list of the items ordered. You can delete any item from your shopping cart in case you change your mind. Once you are done with ordering and wish to close your shopping , please follow below directions to complete the last formalities.

Step 1: You will need to fill in your delivery address & Shipping method.

Step 2: You will be taken to Payment Page where you will have to make a choice how you need to make your payment – Your Credit Card / Debit Card/ Internet Banking / Bank Transfer.

Step 3: Continue to check out & confirm your order. Please remember, it is very important to check out in the last otherwise your order will not be placed successfully.

After the Payment is made, Please do not close the Payment Page, Kindly wait until you are directed back to our page to generate a order number


3) Do You Offer Free Shipping ?

No, we don’t offer free shipping. Shipping charges are different for different locations.


4) How are the Goods Packed ?

We are very particular about packaging. It is very important that the goods ordered should reach the customer in fresh / good / original condition. To ensure the same, we pack the items in strong / tough corrugated boxes.


5) Do You have COD (Cash on Delivery ) Facility ?

No, we don’t offer COD (Cash on Delivery) facility.


6) If I do not have a Credit Card / Debit Card, How shall I make the Payment ?

7) How will I know if you have received my payment or not ?

Once you have made the Online Payment, You will get a CONFIRMATION mail from the payment gateway. Secondly, you will also be receiving a mail from us stating that your order has been confirmed.


9) Are the prices on our subject to change?

Yes the Prices at our online store are subject to change without notice.


10) Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes all the goods purchased by our customer are invoiced & we send out his Invoice along with the product / goods. So you shall be receiving the invoice along with your delivery.


11) Will You replace the goods damaged while in transit ?

We take best care at our end to pack the goods / products ordered nicely in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. But despite of our best attention & care , the goods might get damaged due to the carelessness of the Courier Agencies. In such case, the customer has to write back to us with 24 hours of the receipt , with the photographs / pictures of the damage caused, we will do the needful after reviewing the same.


12) Can I exchange the goods after I have received them ?

Once, the goods get sold. They are non returnable & non exchangeable. The exchange can happen only under 2 circumstances:

(i) In case the goods received are different than the goods ordered.

(ii) If the delivered goods do not meet with the description mentioned on our online store.

13) Can I cancel or change my order ?

The Orders can be cancelled or changes only within one hour of placing the Order. Once we have processed your order & shipped out, it is impossible to cancel or change the order. 

14) Can I club two orders & request for one dispatch ?

One dispatch for two different orders placed at two different times / dates can happen only if the earlier order has not been dispatched at the times we receive your request.
